Refund Eligibility
Non-Delivery of Service: If services contracted are not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe as specified in our service agreement, clients may be eligible for a refund.
Major Deficiencies: If the delivered service contains significant discrepancies from what was agreed upon and we are unable to rectify these discrepancies within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be issued.
Cancellation of Services: If you wish to cancel your service request before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances and any resources already allocated or expended on behalf of your project.
Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to info@btninfosolution.in detailing your reason for requesting a refund. Please include any relevant documentation, such as service agreements, email correspondence, or descriptions of the discrepancy.
Review: Your refund request will be reviewed by our team to determine eligibility based on the criteria outlined above. We may contact you to gather additional information if necessary.
Resolution: We aim to resolve refund requests within 14 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
Limitations
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the service delivery date.
Refunds are not available for services that have been completed and delivered in accordance with the service agreement and to the client’s satisfaction.
Refunds for partial services already rendered will be calculated on a case-by-case basis, considering the extent of the work completed.
